Support CASA

Through the generous support of our sponsors and community members, Champaign County CASA advocates on behalf of more than 550 children in foster care in Champaign County. In order to continue serving children in our community, we rely on donations from caring individuals, foundations, and businesses.

No fees are charged for the services of the Champaign County CASA program, and no other agency provides community volunteers to serve as child advocates in juvenile court proceedings.

It is vital that we increase our resources to support our volunteers and the children we serve. We are asking you to help us continue to support our mission of providing volunteers who advocate for abused and neglected children. We have an excellent reputation with the attorneys and court personnel for making independent recommendations to the court concerning the child's well-being. Please contribute today. It will make the difference in a child's life.

2. Enter your Donation amount and click Update Total.

Support Lambert Fund

In the spring of 2009, Genevieve "Gigi" Lambert officially retired after 12.5 years as Executive Director. To honor her, CASA established the Lambert Fund, which will help further her life-changing work and provide much needed support to increase the reach of advocates for the more than 760 children in the foster care system each year.

Leave a Legacy

LEAVE A LEGACY is a campaign conducted by the National Committee on Planned Giving to inspire people like you to make charitable bequests. Bequests are just one type of "planned gift" - a gift that will be distributed sometime in the future - to a charity that is meaningful to you. Through LEAVE A LEGACY, people who have made charitable bequests and other types of planned gifts share their experiences in the hope of encouraging others to give. Support CASA with a Schnucks eScrip Customer Card

1. Visit Schnucks and request a Schnucks eScrip Customer Card
   Activate your card by calling 1-800-931-6258 or visit www.escrip.com/schnucks.jsp, and enter the CASA group ID#500020518. Customers in the Urbana, Savoy, or Champaign areas who presently use a Schnucks Customer card for fuel rewards, may register that card for eScrip contributions.)
2. Present your card to the cashier every time you shop at Schnucks.
   You can pay for your groceries any way you choose. Simply present your card to generate contributions from Schnucks to CASA.
3. The more you shop, the higer the contribution to CASA.
   For every dollar you spend, Schnucks will contribute up to 3 percent of your purchase amount.
